4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Additional fees
    caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been shipped.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacement.

8. Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, the order may already be in processing or fulfillment.
